Terms & conditions

Using mopsy.net

Last updated 1 November 2026

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website, mopsy.net, including the demo request form and the help videos. They do not cover use of the Mopsy software itself: when a cleaning company signs up, the service is provided under a separate written agreement that sets out the subscription, support, data processing and each side's responsibilities. If anything on this site and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.

2. Who we are

Mopsy is operated from Edinburgh, Scotland. You can reach us at hello@mopsy.net.

3. Using the site

You may browse the site and watch the videos for your own business purposes. Please don't copy, scrape or republish the content, screenshots or videos, interfere with the site's operation, or submit false or misleading details through the demo form.

4. Demo requests

Sending a demo request is an enquiry, not an order. We'll contact you to arrange a call; nothing is purchased and no contract for the Mopsy service is formed until a written agreement is signed. How we handle the details you send is described in our privacy page.

5. Content and accuracy

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but features, screenshots and videos describe the product as it is on the date shown and may change. Pricing is quoted individually on a demo call; nothing on the site is a binding offer.

6. Intellectual property

The Mopsy name, mark, site design, text, screenshots and videos belong to Mopsy. Product names of other companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of Scotland.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
